This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website at https://www.centurioncreatives.com and the LiNK Business Card platform (“Platform”).
This policy is designed to comply with the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) as applicable, and other applicable federal and state privacy laws.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly:
- Contact information: name, email address, phone number, and mailing address
- Profile information: job title, company name, professional biography, and social media links
- Uploaded files: profile photos, résumés, portfolio documents, and additional attachments
- Account credentials and preferences
Information collected automatically:
- Browser type, operating system, and device information
- Pages visited, time spent on our site, and navigation patterns
- IP address and general geographic location (city/region level)
- Cookie and tracking data (see Section 7)
Location data:
If you use the Client Connect feature, we may collect precise geolocation data from your device with your explicit consent at the time of use. Precise geolocation data is classified as sensitive data under the VCDPA and will not be collected without your affirmative consent.
Business account data:
If you are registered under a business account, your profile information may be visible to and manageable by your designated Business Account Administrator as described in Section 5.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your LiNK profile and digital business card
- Enable you to share your contact information with others via your digital card
- Operate and maintain our website and Platform
- Process transactions and send related account communications
- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
- Send periodic communications about your account, products, or services (you may opt out at any time)
- Analyze usage patterns to improve our Platform and services
- Generate aggregated, anonymized analytics via Looker Studio
- Comply with applicable legal obligations
We will not process your personal data for purposes materially different from those listed above without first obtaining your consent.
4. How We Protect Your Information
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures appropriate to the volume and nature of the data we hold. These measures include:
- SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit
- Access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel only
- Secure cloud infrastructure provided by Wix.com, which maintains SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certifications
- Regular review of data handling practices and third-party integrations
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify affected users and applicable regulatory authorities as required by applicable law.
5. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
- With your consent: When you share your LiNK card, the profile information you have designated as public will be visible to card recipients. You control which fields are visible through your profile settings.
- Business account access: If you are an employee registered under a business account, the Business Account Administrator designated by your employer may have access to your profile data as part of account management. You will be informed of your account structure at registration.
- Service providers: We share data with trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating our Platform. These include: Wix.com (website hosting and data infrastructure), Google Maps API (geolocation services for Client Connect), and Looker Studio (aggregated analytics). These parties are contractually required to protect your data and may not use it for their own commercial purposes.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information when required by applicable law, valid legal process, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Centurion Creatives, our users, or others.
- Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. Affected users will receive advance notice of any such transfer and a meaningful choice regarding their data.
6. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right to access: Request confirmation of whether we process your data and obtain a copy of it
- Right to correction: Request that inaccurate or incomplete personal data be corrected
- Right to deletion: Request that your personal data be deleted, subject to certain legal exceptions
- Right to data portability: Request a copy of your data in a portable, machine-readable format

How to exercise your rights:
Submit a request to support@centurioncreatives.com with the subject line “Privacy Rights Request.” Please include your name, email address, and the specific right(s) you wish to exercise. We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days of receipt. If additional time is needed, we will notify you and may extend our response by an additional 45 days.
If we are unable to fulfill your request, we will provide a written explanation. You have the right to appeal our decision by responding to our explanation email with the subject line “Privacy Rights Appeal.” We will review appeals and respond within 60 days.
Virginia residents may also submit a complaint to the Virginia Attorney General’s Office at https://www.oag.state.va.us.

- Essential cookies: Required for core Platform functionality including login sessions, security, and fraud prevention. These cannot be disabled without affecting Platform operation.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. If you close your account or request deletion:
- Your personal profile data will be deleted or anonymized within 90 days of account closure
- Uploaded files (résumés, documents, photos) associated with your account will be deleted within the same 90-day window
- Certain data may be retained beyond 90 days where required by law, or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or financial record-keeping. Retained data will be limited to what is legally or operationally necessary.
10. Children’s Privacy
Our Platform is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately at support@centurioncreatives.com and we will promptly delete it.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and by prominently posting a notice on our Platform at least 15 days before the changes take effect. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy reflects the most recent revision.
Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. If you do not agree to the updated policy, you should discontinue use and may request deletion of your data under Section 6.
